Nethrom is a Romanian - Dutch software development company. Founded in
1993, we have been providing software solutions to the industrial,
commercial, healthcare, tourism and financial sectors.
Nethrom started as a small company, but it grew in
time, providing software solutions to more and more clients. At this
point, we have a collective experience of more than 400 man years in
software design and development, and a team of over 120 IT specialists,
besides our support staff. This enables us to render cost-effective and
high-quality solutions to the complex problems of the fast-growing
world of today and tomorrow.
Nethrom is a Microsoft
Certified Partner. Our applications use various software platforms,
especially Progress OpenEdge, Microsoft .Net and
J2EE.
We are specialized in large ERP systems (which use
2 or 3 layer architecture), Web development and technical software. Our
approach is flexible to the requirements of our clients; for some
companies we offer complete consulting, design and implementation
services, while with other companies we work together on the same
applications, being involved only in software development. We use
modern approaches and tools for software development, including
specialized project management software, in order to provide maximum
quality and a high level of service for our clients.
Many of our clients are from the Netherlands, most
of them software companies, but also end users whom we support
directly. We honour our contracts with them through our Dutch company, Comprove BV.
Nethrom is also active on the Romanian market,
offering our line of business applications, for financial, stock and
salary management. Our Romanian ERP application is developed on the new
Microsoft .Net platform, using SmartClient technology and XML Web
Services, allowing client connectivity over the Internet, rich client
interface, low entry cost, and scalability.
