The Salaries module has the following characteristics:
- Records of the employees, with possibility of registering all the changes at each moment:
- Date of employment, date of ceasing employment, changes of
work category, changes of wage class, customisable charts for
calculating taxes and seniority
- Complex calculation of the salary:
- The possibility of changing the salary and the daily working hours
for any date of the month (there can be several values within the same
month)
- Record keeping of the hours worked per day, taking into account the TIME SHEET
- Possibility to establish both the net salary (also in foreign currency)
- Salary additions, indemnifications, bonuses and deductions, penalties - customisable both in number and in method of calculation
- Indemnity calculations in case of sick leaves, in compliance with the current legislation
- Visualizing the company's expenses on each employee
- Re-generating the salary of an employee after changing the calculation parameters
- Setting up fiscal notes
- Calculation of taxes: setting up CAS, CASS reports, unemployment declaration forms
- Salary reports (payslip, payroll), integration with the accounting application - automated generation of accounting notes
