It is a very difficult task for an employer to find the appropriate and well-trained persons for the positions offered by a certain company.
Human Resources .NEThrom is not a classical HR application, but an application designed for recruitment companies or for large companies, which have their own recruitment department.
The application Human Resources .NEThrom keeps a record of the candidates' resumes . The final result consists of the finding of the ideal candidate(s) for each position.
Presentation of the program by points:
Configurations
- Value lists defined for Experience, PC Knowledge, Foreign Language, Studies, values that can be found in resumes later on.
Resume
- Data input about candidates: Family name, Surname, Sex, Date of birth, Adress, Driver license, Foreign languages, PC Knowledge, Work experience, Studies, Salary.
- Generate resume in a Word document.
- Personality test with 462 questions - scores, interpretations and diagrams are obtained.
Selection candidates
- The selection of the suitable candidate for a certain position is made according to criteria preset by the user (data filled in in resumes).
- Starting from these data we can select for hiring the candidates that meet certain requirements.
- Save the candidates selected for a certain position and for a target company
The program is currently being used by Sales Consulting Cluj-Napoca, an important company in Cluj, specialized in personnel recruitment.
