Nethrom software launches on the market a solution for contract management. This solution is ideal for renting or selling products in instalments. Among the facilities of this solution we could mention the monthly automatic invoicing of all the clients with active contracts, the tracking of payments, the calculation of penalties, the generation of the contract plan and much more. The .NetWorker application is updated in conformity with the new Fiscal
code changed by Law 343/2006 and by Decision no 1861/2006 for modifying
the Norms for the application of Law 571 on the Fiscal code.
In other words, you will be able to perform operations as defined by the above-mentioned Laws: Intra-Community Acquisitions, Intra-Community Deliveries, Imports, Exports, supplemented by the update of the annexed reports.
You can also use the standard invoice template if you don’t already have a custom-made invoice template.
The Salaries section is updated in coformity with the Government’s Ordinance of Emergency (OUG) 158/2005, changed by the Law 399/2006, with the State Budget Law and with the Law on Social Security for 2007, as follows:
- our customers can configure the new contributions percents, the minimum and maximum wages and the sick pay,
- there is a new Fund for guaranteeing wages,
- the calculation method for calculating Sick pay was reviewed in conformity with the new regulations: the modification of the contribution phase and the limiting of this contribution to 12 monthly minimum gross wages.
