The Nethrom solution for contract administration is ideal for RENTAL activities (e.g.: supermarkets, malls, offices, blocks of flats, means of transportation, etc.) but also for selling products in INSTALLMENTS (appliances, furniture, etc).
The major advantage of using this application is the AUTOMATIC monthly invoicing of clients with active contracts, throughout the entire contract period, as well as the administration of all active contracts.
Some of the options for the module exploitation:
- automatic generation of initial invoices (down-payments, guarantees);
- automatic generation of monthly invoices, both invoices of the “Down-payment” type (generated for the following month) as well as invoices for the current month;
- generation and administration of contract guarantees;
- payments’ tracking;
- penalty calculation and automatic generation of penalty invoices;
- monthly generation of chargeabilities in case the invoice is issued <<in advance>>;
- automatic invoicing of other amounts for utilities, insurance, other services;
- the administration of Letters of Guarantee, when this procedure is used;
- generating the plan for running the contracts;
- specific reports for tracking payments, deadlines, clients lists, lists with the spaces/goods let/rented;
Important: the application is FULLY INTEGRATED with the accounting module, administration module, salaries module and fixed assets module of Networker ERP.
Other options:
- the contracts may be in RON or in foreign currency;
- automatic generation of accounting notes for all the operations completed;
- automatic generation of partner analytical accounts for every contract in its turn (4111, 472, 8032);
